200 Hour Vinyasa
Yoga Teacher Training
January-June 2027

Why Zen Den Teacher Training?
Our Teacher Training is designed for students who want to go deeper into their yoga practice, learn to teach others, challenge themselves, and become part of a supportive community of practitioners and future teachers.
It’s also for experienced yogis who may already teach and want to reawaken their practice, refine their teaching, deepen their knowledge, or simply fall in love with yoga all over again.
Most importantly, this is a commitment to yourself.
Yoga has a unique ability to become a lifelong practice—one that keeps us physically strong, mentally engaged and emotionally grounded as we move through different chapters of our lives. Learning to teach it is an incredibly rewarding extension of that practice. There is something special about watching a student have an experience on their mat that changes how they feel when they leave the room—and knowing you helped create that space.

MARCH brings Connection, with the Yoga Sutras, ancient texts, sequencing, backbends, adjustments and the art of holding space.
In APRIL Creativity opens up your teaching toolkit through Yin, Yoga Nidra, meditation, inversions, Kids Yoga and teaching methodology.

One of the things we’re particularly proud of is the range of experience you'll encounter throughout the program.
Together, the team gives you different voices, teaching styles and perspectives—which is exactly what we want. We don't want you to graduate sounding like us. We want you to discover your own voice.

Piper Parker
leads much of the core journey, from Foundations, meditation, pranayama and philosophy through sequencing, teaching methodology, the business of yoga and discovering your authentic voice.
