Chaturanga Clinic

Chaturanga Dandasana is one of the most repetitive—and most challenging—transitions in vinyasa. Because we do it so often, getting the alignment and weight distribution right is key to staying strong and injury-free. In this lighthearted workshop, we’ll flow a bit without Chaturanga, then pause to break it down step by step. Using props, technique drills, and simple cues, you’ll learn how to support your shoulders, engage your core, and distribute weight safely.


You’ll also get personalized tweaks and custom fixes so your Chaturanga works for your body—helping you build strength, move smarter, and keep your practice sustainable.

Bradshaw Wish

For one special week, Bradshaw Wish—teacher, podcast host, and professional myth-buster of overly serious yoga—is joining us for a residency packed with movement, learning, and A LOT of laughter.

If you know Bradshaw from his podcast The Funny Thing About Yoga, you already know his style: smart, honest, anatomy-informed, and refreshingly human. His teaching blends deep knowledge of the body with a sense of humor that reminds us yoga doesn’t have to be so serious to be effective.

Over the long weekend we’ll move, sweat, experiment, and explore a few of the skills that make practice both stronger and more interesting—from the mechanics of sustainable backbending to the art of building a handstand from the ground up.

There will be strong flows, nerdy anatomy moments, plenty of drills, and a lot of laughs along the way.

Vin Yin Vino

Taught by a rotating teacher from Zen Den as well as guest teachers. Vinyasa based yoga flow with traditional yoga poses taught in a breath based cadence. All levels with some more advanced poses and techniques introduced for mastering. Sequences vary making it a totally unique experience and a challenge for the mind. Class is taught with a music playlist and varies slightly in style depending on the interpretation of the teacher.

 

Stay for a glass of wine/NA wine after class for connection and community.

NEON Vinyasa

Vinyasa based yoga flow with traditional yoga poses taught in a breath based cadence. All levels with some more advanced poses and techniques introduced for mastering. LIL BUDDHAS
Family Yoga Class

A joyful bilingual family yoga class for ages 0–99. This playful class blends movement, coordination, and connection through songs, stories, and imagination. Children and adults explore fine and gross motor skills together while building balance, confidence, and calm. Using engaging Kids Yoga tools and techniques, we create a safe space for creativity and bonding. Enjoy a magical moment with Meddy Teddy Meditation Bear 🧸 and our gentle butterfly friend, Luma the Calming motýl 🦋, who brings relaxation and peace. Together, we stretch, breathe, laugh, and unwind—nurturing happy bodies, focused minds, and connected hearts across all languages and cultures.
