Zen Sculpt
Sculpt based yoga, barre, or pilates class with weights taught with basic poses with compound movements. Designed to build muscle and endurance with repetitive intentional movements to create a total body workout. Cardio optional. Class is taught with a music playlist and varies slightly in style depending on the interpretation of the teacher.
Zen Vinyasa 2
Vinyasa based yoga flow with traditional yoga poses taught in a breath based cadence. All levels with some more advanced poses and techniques introduced for mastering. Sequences vary making it a totally unique experience and a challenge for the mind. Class is taught with a music playlist and varies slightly in style depending on the interpretation of the teacher.
